Vivian Handler, 72, the wife of retired Chicago-area builder Harry A. Handler, died Tuesday in her Northbrook home. She was a member of several charitable and philanthropic organizations. Also surviving are a son, Doug; a daughter, Susan Reiger; and two grandchildren. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in the chapel at 9200 N. Skokie Blvd., Skokie.
