I would like to know why you ran your editorial cartoon of May 9 showing a young boy about to be hit by a bullet.
Do you really think that the National Rifle Association believes that madmen have the right to shoot young boys? I am somewhat familiar with the NRA and the beliefs of its several million members and I can state with certainty that neither the NRA nor its members believes that madmen have the right to bear arms.
