Private services will be held for Christopher K. Beebe, 95, a Glencoe resident since 1929. Mr. Beebe, who died Tuesday in a nursing home in Deerfield, was a chemist for the Illinois Department of Agriculture for more than 30 years. He was an Army veteran of World War I and for some years was the honorary street commissioner of Glencoe. Mr. Beebe is survived by three sons, Christopher III, Raymond and Ralph; a daughter, Helenetia Worley; and 11 grandchildren.
