Warner Communications Inc. has postponed its annual meeting from May 29 to June 24 in the wake of an unsuccessful attempt to buy out its largest shareholder, Chris-Craft Industries Inc. The companies have been at odds since Chris-Craft acquired a stake in Warner in 1984.
