The Tribune said editorially that now that Mayor Washington has control of the city council, he will have to take the blame for anything that goes wrong–but he has already taken care of that.
In his inauguration speech he named the ”fall guy.” Evidently, anything that goes wrong in Chicago is going to be laid right at President Reagan`s door. I don`t know whom he is going to blame when President Reagan is no longer president, but I`m sure he will think of someone.
