Pullman Co. said it began a tender offer to purchase for cash all outstanding shares of Clevite Industries Inc., including the associated stock purchase rights, all outstanding shares of nonvoting common stock and certain outstanding warrants to purchase shares of Clevite common stock. The offer and withdrawal rights expire June 26.
