Samjens Acquisition Corp. said it told Burlington Industries Inc. that it is ”willing to consider” raising the price of its tender offer above the $78 a share being offered by a group led by Morgan Stanley & Co. Samjens, led by New York investor Asher B. Edelman and Dominion Textile Inc., has offered $77 a share. Burlington management supports Morgan Stanley.
