Home builder Robert C. Ranquist & Co. has opened seven new model homes in two product lines at the Woodlands of Darien.
Upon completion, the development will include 24 single-family estates, 52 clustered single-family homes and 124 villa condominiums, priced from $149,900 to $279,900.
The Woodlands offers four villas and three cluster styles.
The villas, priced from $149,900 to $179,900, feature first- and second-floor locations with attached garages, open floor plans, access to outdoor living space and master bedroom suites with luxury baths finished with whirlpool soaking tubs, separate showers and walk-in wardrobe closets.
Clustered single-family homes, are priced from $219,900 to $244,900. Ranch and two-story plans offer two and three bedrooms.
The Woodlands of Darien is at Cass and 68th Streets in Darien.
