Mass for John B. Kaspzak, 94, a lifelong Cicero resident and former head chef at Hines Veterans Hospital in Maywood, will be said at 10:30 a.m. Monday in Our Lady of Charity Catholic Church, 3636 S. 57th Ct., Cicero. Mr. Kaspzak died Friday in MacNeal Hospital, Berwyn. He is survived by two daughters, Virginia Kaminski and Rita Pilch; three grandchildren; four brothers; and a sister.
