Mass for John Lyons, 86, a retired Chicago Fire Department battalion chief, will be said at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in Infant Jesus of Prague Catholic Church, Leavitt Street and Flossmoor Road, Flossmoor. Mr. Lyons, who retired in 1976 and moved to Florida, died Wednesday in North Miami Medical Center. He is survived by a daughter, Irene Jacobs; 5 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
