Household Commercial Financial Services Inc., a unit of Household International, and Ford Motor Credit Co., a unit of Ford Motor Co., said they each own a 4.3 percent stake in Hathaway Corp. In a Securities and Exchange Commission filing, the two companies said they purchased 150,000 warrants at $6.79 each as part of a joint agreement to lend Hathaway $10 million.
