In the recent Supreme Court decision on creationism, Justice William Brennan charged that the Louisiana law that the court struck down 7-2 would

”advance the religious viewpoint that a supernatural being created humankind.”

Why should millions of schoolchildren be denied exposure to this option when the Declaration of Independence and the constitutions of all 50 states assume the existence of a Creator?

If the mere viewpoint of a Creator ”establishes a religion,” then our nation`s very foundational documents are illegal!
