Mass for Eugene Manelski, 66, an electrical engineer for 34 years with Commonwealth Edison Co., will be said at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Lambert Catholic Church, 8148 Karlov Ave., Skokie. He died Saturday in Skokie Valley Hospital. A Skokie resident, Mr. Manelski was on the board of directors of Martha Washington Hospital in Chicago. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and a Navy veteran of World War II. He retired in 1984. Survivors include his wife, Anne; a daughter, Patricia Giallanza; a son, Robert; two sisters; and four grandchildren.
