Mass for James Charles Cox, 60, chief librarian at Loyola University for 33 years until he retired in 1985, will be at 11 a.m. Monday in St. Ita Church, 5500 Broadway. Mr. Cox died Friday in St. Francis Hospital, Evanston, leaving his wife, Dorothy; and four brothers.
