Services for Ralph Shiffman, 86, of the North Side, will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel at 9200 Skokie Blvd., Skokie. Mr. Shiffman, who died Saturday in Weiss Memorial Hospital, was a sales representative for 50 years for H.L. Brown and Cougle Commission House, two poultry houses at the Fulton Street Market. He is survived by his wife, Shirley; his daughter, Iris Ann; a brother; and a sister.
