Services for Raymond William ”Duke” Frank, 84, special agent emeritus for State Mutual Life Assurance Co. of America, were held Thursday in the chapel at 1100 Greenleaf Ave., Wilmette. Mr. Frank, of Wilmette, died Monday in Skokie Valley Hospital, Skokie. He was with State Mutual for more than 50 years, serving as general agent of the Chicago agency from 1944 to 1954. He was past president of the Chicago General Agents and Managers Association;

past director and treasurer of the Chicago Association of Life Underwriters;

and past president of the Chicago Life Executives Association. He was the first State Mutual agent to become a life member of the industry`s Million Dollar Round Table. He is survived by a sister.
