Services for Alfred ”Bud” Dahms, 66, leader of a country-western band for more than 40 years in the Chicago area, will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday at the chapel at 5930 Burr Oak Ave., Berkeley. Mr. Dahms, who died Friday at his Berkeley home, was the leader and played various string instruments for the band, the Trial Blazers, formed in 1946. He was also a retired carpenter. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy; and his mother, Edith Dahms.
