Mass for John C. Toner, 64, a retired Chicago police sergeant, will be said at 11:15 a.m. Friday in St. Walter`s Catholic Church, 118th Street and Western Avenue. Mr. Toner, a longtime South Side resident, died Monday in St. Francis Hospital, Blue Island. Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth
