Chicago-based commercial printer R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co. completed the previously announced sale of its only cable television system for about $89 million to Adams-Russell Co., Waltham, Mass. The system, Rockford/Park Cablevision, was purchased by Donnelley in 1982 and has 51,754 subscribers in the Rockford area.
