K mart Corp. and Bruno`s Inc. said they have formed a partnership to develop so-called hypermarket stores in major U.S. metropolitan markets, beginning late next year. The huge stores, which will average 225,000 square feet, will feature both general merchandise and food as well as complementary specialty stores and businesses in one facility. K mart will have a 51 percent interest in the partnership.
