Pet Inc., a subsidiary of Chicago-based IC Industries Inc., said it bought the assets of Oronoque Inc. Terms of the transaction weren`t disclosed. Oronoque, based in Shelton, Conn., produces and distributes a line of frozen pie shells under the Oronoque Orchards label.
