An affiliate of Chicago-based JMB Realty Corp. completed the previously announced acquisition of substantially all of the real estate assets of Arvida Corp., the community development subsidiary of Walt Disney Co. Arvida/JMB Partners L.P. paid approximately $400 million for Arvida, which will continue to be headquartered in Boca Raton, Fla. None of Walt Disney World`s land in the Orlando area was included in the sale.
