TWR Racing, the racing arm of Jaguar Cars of Great Britain, will locate its U.S. headquarters in Valparaiso, Ind., said a spokesman for the Valparaiso Economic Development Corp. The company said the operation will occupy an existing facility and will provide 35 new jobs.
