Grubb & Ellis has been named leasing agent for a 109,000-square-foot industrial facility at 4350 S. Halsted St., according to Michael J. Klonoski, senior vice president and district manager of Grubb & Ellis Co.
The facility, which includes 27-foot clear ceilings, 12 exterior loading docks and trailer parking, is owned by National Property Advisors Corp. of Montpelier, Vt.
James F. Pater of Grubb & Ellis is the listing agent for the property.
