Chicago Pacific Corp. said it has completed its purchase of Gunlocke Co. of Wayland, N.Y. Terms weren`t disclosed. Gunlocke is a manufacturer and marketer of wooden office furniture whose sales for 1987 are estimated to be about $60 million.
