Private services are pending for Francis C. Kerr, 75, of Rosemont. Mr. Kerr, a retired account executive for the J. Walter Thompson advertising firm, died in his home Saturday. Before he joined the Chicago office of advertising agency, he was a vice president of Rogers and Smith Advertising Agency in New York. Survivors include two daughters, Martha Chapman and Mary Kerr; a son, James; four sisters; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
