Interlake Corp., which last month agreed to buy privately held Exotic Metals Forming Co., said both sides called off the deal. Interlake, based in west suburban Oak Brook, didn`t give a reason for ending the agreement. Exotic Metals, a maker of aerospace components, had sales of about $16 million in the fiscal year ended Aug. 31.
