We would like to applaud Mike Royko`s recent blasting of Ald. Helen Shiller and her proposed ordinance for Uptown development. Mr. Royko penned a humorous article on a very serious dilemma for the residents of Uptown. He brilliantly showed no mercy to a woman who is attempting to rule the 46th Ward as a dictator. Ms. Shiller realizes that she will only be re-elected as long as she can keep the people poor and under her thumb.
