A memorial mass for Blanche McGuire Chouk, 87, a pianist and music teacher, will be said at 12:45 p.m. Saturday in St. Clements Catholic Church, 642 W. Deming Pl. Mrs. Chouk, who died Aug. 3, taught at the Chicago Conservatory of Music and Sherwood Conservatory of Music for more than 60 years. Her late husband, Thomas, was a music theorist and professor at the Chicago Conservatory.
