Allsource Mortgage Bankers of Evanston is offering a series of free seminars on how to select the best mortgage.
The seminars are designed to provide practical information for consumers on qualifying for a mortgage and on what mortgage program might best suit their needs, according to Gordon Mason, Allsource president.
”We have found that, whether we are speaking to a first-time buyer or a couple purchasing a retirement condo, many similar questions and problems arise,” Mason said. ”We are aware of a growing need for home buyers to be better informed as to what they can expect from their mortgage banker.”
Seminars, to be held at community centers and libraries, will be conducted by professionals, who will be available to arrange a mortgage pre-qualification.
The first in the series will be held at 7 p.m. Nov. 5 in the Lincoln Park Library, 959 W. Fullerton Pkwy.
