– Portec Inc. said it doesn`t know who bought or sold a big block of its stock on Monday. The block of 109,700 shares represents about 4 percent of the Oak Brook-based company`s shares outstanding. A spokesman for an investor group led by Zonar Ben-Dov, which holds an 8.4 percent stake in Portec, declined comment.
