After reading the Nov. 16 article in The Tribune on ”blue mirages in space and the collapse of the universe,” I was intrigued by part of a sentence that said, ”to make the universe collapse under its own gravity.”
Gravity has two meanings, the second being seriousness, or ”heaviness”; so you see, the Earth may indeed collapse-under its own gravity, the kind we humans have created for ourselves!
