After reading Jon Margolis` column entitled ”After pot, what`s next for hopefuls?” I feel I must respond.

I would like for you to know I resent this column very much. He said there may have been soldiers in Vietnam who did not smoke pot but no one has found them.

I served two tours in Vietnam and served 20 years in the United States Army. I do not smoke pot and have never smoked it, not even one puff. It was rough sometimes in Vietnam, but I never resorted to this type of thing to get me through. To me, using drugs, even pot, is a cop-out and I never copped out on anything in my life. I expect an apology. I think you owe the American vet who served in Vietnam and never used pot this much.
