Chicago Milwaukee Corp. said a Delaware court has enjoined the company`s self-tender offer ”for a brief time” in response to a lawsuit brought by a preferred shareholder. It added that it will file additional disclosure statements and has extended its offer of $55 for each preferred share until midnight, Dec. 18.
