Northwestern Steel & Wire Co. boosted its quarterly common stock dividend to 15 cents a share from 10 cents. The steel mini-mill, based in Downstate Sterling, has posted nine consecutive quarterly profits after several years of big losses. The dividend will be payable Jan. 29 to shareholders of record Jan. 5.
