The current polls taken in Europe show the Europeans respect and believe Gorbachev more than they do President Reagan.
Since we have an unbalanced budget in this country, I suggest we pull out all our military in Europe, which costs the U.S. taxpayer a fortune.
Let the Europeans look through the Iron Curtain at the Russian Bear without American military muscle and see how they feel about Gorbachev then.
