Plum Associates extended until Jan. 12 its offer to buy up to 664,000 shares of Holly Sugar Corp. at $92.50 a share. Plum said that as of Tuesday 500,403 shares had been tendered, which along with the 83,300 shares it already owned, gave the company a 52 percent stake in Holly Sugar.
