Another black mark has been earned by the ”compassionate” Reagan administration that tried to put the squeeze on the poor who were getting in- kind assistance from community agencies.
We have yet to see evidence of a policy that demonstrates as much concern for the U.S. underprivileged as the wealthy of foreign countries. The President and his appointees should be ashamed of their hypocrisy!
