Three models are open at the new Seasons Ridge subdivision in west suburban Montgomery.
Prospective buyers can tour the 2,048-square-foot Fairfield model (the site of the sales office), the 1,700-square-foot Meadowood ranch, and the 2,100-square-foot Waterford.
The homes range in price from $115,900 to $149,900.
Eighty townhouses also are underway at Seasons Ridge. Four townhouse floor plans are available, featuring attached one- and two-car garages, lofts, bay windows and master bedroom suites.
The one- to three-bedroom townhouses vary in size from 1,030 to 1,550 square feet and from $84,900 to $104,900 in price. Models are scheduled to open this spring.
Seasons Ridge, just east of the Fox River, offers two parks and three lakes on 20 acres of land.
