Services for Doris M. Minsky, 53, a founder and vice president of the Chicago Jewish Historical Society, were held Thursday. Mrs. Minsky, a Northbrook resident, died Tuesday in Glenbrook Hospital, Glenview. Survivors include her husband, Joseph; two sons, Stuart and Laurence; a grandson; and three sisters.
