Mass for Daniel J. Ritter, 87, a founding partner of William Blair & Co., a Chicago investment firm, will be said at 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 9248 Lawndale Ave., Skokie. Mr. Ritter, of Skokie, died Sunday in St. Francis Hospital, Evanston. Mr. Ritter retired in 1975. He is survived by a son, Daniel J.; a daughter, Rosemary Grier; and seven grandchildren.
