Services for Abe ”Al” Gistenson, 78, a furniture sales representative, will be held at 9:30 a.m. Friday in the chapel at 9200 Skokie Blvd., Skokie. Mr. Gistenson, of Skokie, died Wednesday in John F. Kennedy Medical Center. He was a board member of the Myra Kurland Heart Fund. Survivors include his wife, Helen; two daughters, Roberta Field and Gail Kalish; five grandchildren; and a sister.
