St. Louis-based Jefferson Smurfit Corp. said it acquired Dinagraphics Inc. for $33 million, including assumed debt and other related costs. Dinagraphics, which had 1987 sales of $38.4 million, makes heat transfer labels and cylinders for use in rotogravure presses.
