I and doubtless thousands of other Commonwealth Edison subscribers are appalled when our monthly bill doubles though our monthly consumption has not. I applaud the Illinois Commerce Commission in its decision to charge us who use little or no air-conditioning at a lower rate until we exceed our normal usage.
Let those who use air-conditioning pay for it!
