In the days leading up to the Kentucky Derby, Churchill Downs is a hectic place. Trainers are kept busy trying to make sure their horses have the right number of workouts and grooms have their hands full making sure their charges get the proper care off the track, all to ensure that the horses are on schedule for Saturday`s race. Most of those at the track are undoubtedly too preoccupied to enjoy the beautiful scenery that the track in Louisville offers, some of which looks good enough to eat.
