Dome Petroleum Ltd. said its former chairman, Jack Gallagher, and shareholder Gordon Savage have asked a Canadian court to delay a June 8 stockholders` vote on a proposed $4.18 billion takeover of the company by Amoco Canada Petroleum Co., a unit of Chicago-based Amoco Corp. Dome said it would oppose the requests.
