Services for Jack Boyansky, a retired businessman, will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel at 9200 N. Skokie Blvd., Skokie. Mr. Boyansky, of Chicago, died Monday in Highland Park. Mr. Boyansky was the owner and operator of the Grill Room, Googies and the Sky Room, Chicago snack shops, until 1963. He was a contributor to the Jewish People`s Convalescent Home, the School for Retarded Children and Mark`s Nathan Home. Survivors include his wife, Goldie; two daughters, Arlene Gelman and Marsha Levine; and a son, Sidney.
