The Chicago Board of Trade said investors bought and sold 6,200 contracts of its new 5-year U.S. Treasury note contract, which was traded for the first time Friday. The contract opened at $97 and traded at a high of $97.02 and a low of $96.30. It is the first new contract to be offered this year at the CBOT.
