Dale Boton, who pleaded guilty in the continuing Operation Greylord investigation into judicial corruption, was sentenced to 90 days` work-release Tuesday by U.S. Magistrate Joan Lefkow. Boton, 46, of 1651 N. Dayton St., pleaded guilty to failing to file income-tax returns for four years. He has practiced at Traffic Court, where a coterie of lawyers earned the name of the ”miracle workers” for their ability to get defendants off serious charges.
