Lands` End Inc. said Russell Gaitskill would join the Chicago-based direct marketing firm as executive vice president of merchandising. Gaitskill currently is senior vice president and general merchandise manager at Lazarus, a Cincinnati-based department store chain that is a unit of Federated Department Stores.
